Day 2 Monday, February 02, 2015 1st half in Jodhpur and move to Jaisalmer

Day 5 Thursday, February 05, 2015 Bikaner
Day 6 Friday, February 06, 2015 Bikaner to Jaipur
Day 7 Saturday, February 07, 2015 Jaipur
Day 8 Sunday, February 08, 2015 Fly out of Jaipur

The tour will start from Jodhpur and end in Jaipur. You have to make your own arrangements to come to Jodhpur and reach your home destination from Jaipur.

Detailed Itinerary (Please click on the names to see pictures)
Day 1: Arrival in Jodhpur

Pickup from Jodhpur Airport / Railway Station and transfer to your respected Hotel. Evening visit Clock Tower and local market of Jodhpur. Overnight stay at hotel.

Spice Paradise, Girdi Kote, Amar Chowk (400m from Clock Tower), Sardar Bazaar, Taleti Mahal.

Day 2: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer

After breakfast at hotel visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone Hill, including Moti-Mahal and Phool Mahal. Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park, Fort Road. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble Memoriam built in 1899 and the museum located in the Umaid Public Gardens. Afternoon drive to Jaisalmer. Rest of the Day at leisure. Walk around and shop in  Gandhi Chowk, Sunset at Gadisar lake Overnight Jaisalmer city hotel.
Day 3: Jaisalmer

Today enjoy the Jaisalmer Festival mood in the city. Watch various competitions and cultural programs in the city. Visit the Fort, Bazars and the old mansions known as “Havelis”. Patwaon-Ki-Haveli People still live in these ancient buildings dating from 12th to 15th century. Every house has exquisite carvings and filigreed work. The Thar Heritage Museum, and Bada Bagh. Sunset at Vyas ChhatriSunset at Jaisalmer Sunset Point / Vyas Chhatri. EveningQueen Harish dance, Suthar para, Overnight stay in Jaisalmer city hotel.

Day 4: Jaisalmer Desert

Morning after breakfast visit Jaisalmer desert . Evening visit Sum / Khuri for Camel ride and Rajasthani Traditional dinner at Dunes with dance and music. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer desert camp. Visit Kuldhara on the way from the fort to Sam Dhani village.

Day 5: Jaisalmer – Bikaner

Morning visit desert for photography. Later drive to Bikaner. Afternoon tour of this desert city. Bikaner is bolstered by imposing walls and has a 16th century fort housing old palaces, temples and a mosque. Founded by Raja Rai Singh, the fort is distinguished by its long range of 37 pavilions, a line of balconies and aerial windows of varying designs. An enormous arched doorway leads to the Joramal Temple. The royal chapel is Har Mandir where royal weddings and births were once celebrated. Karni Mata Temple, Deshnok, Anup Mahal, Jain Temple Bhandasar, National Research Centre on Camel (3pm to 5pm), Walk around Kote Gate.  Overnight at Bikaner.

Day 6: Bikaner – Village Soda, Jaipur

After breakfast drive to Village Soda. Stay at Sarpanch house with lunch, dinner and breakfast. Overnight stay in village Soda.

Day 7: Jaipur

After breakfast at hotel full day sightseeing of Jaipur visit the Amber Fort by ascending on the back of Elephant -the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur – the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja’s City Palace & the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Galtaji Overnight Jaipur.

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast drive to Drive to Jaipur Airport / Train Station for your Home Destination.
